CompuVest.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our company's commitment to privacy of customer's information. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all CompuVest.com URL' s. We use your IP address to help to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives CompuVest.com information on which areas of our site are being visited. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that while a user's session is tracked, the user will remain anonymous. Our site has an order form available. We collect visitor's contact information (billing, shipping and email addresses), as well as financial information (bank account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders as well as promoting company's specials to our customers. Customers may opt-out of receiving future emails, faxes or promotions mail. We also ask customers to help us understand how they heard about us. We also send product specific emails. These are sent to both existing customers and prospects. "Prospects" are individuals whose information has been submitted to us by a third party with each individual's prior authorization. CompuVest Corp. is Not Selling or Sharing Customer's Information to a Third Party in any form!

We ship our products from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, using UPS, AIRBORNE EXPRESS and USPS as delivery carriers. USPS is used only for military APO and FPO addresses. For all other domestic shipments we us UPS and AIRBORNE. We ship 98 % of our daily orders on the same day. However we do Not Guarantee Same Day Shipment.
There are some shipping options available:

1. Next day air - cut off time normally 3 P.M. Pacific Standard Time:
   1. Standard overnight
   2. Early am morning delivery, if available in your area (Additional Charge)
   3. Saturday delivery by noon, if available in your area (for orders shipped on Friday specifically for Saturday delivery - Additional Charge)
2. 2-3 day air - cut off time 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time
3. 3-day select - cut off time 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time
4. Ground - cut off time 4.30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. Please note that Ground residential delivery is not guaranteed within a certain time frame.

If you need a different type of delivery, not listed above, please call us to make special arrangements for that.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. You can determine cost of your shipment only in "Check Out" process or shipping calculator. System will automatically calculate cost of delivery based on the method of delivery, weight of the product, destination state and cost of insurance. We will contact you if actual price differs.
