How do I track my order?
To track your order, you need to login first and click on the Account tab. Select your order and click on Details. Order tracking number is displayed on top when order status is shipped.
Processed - this status indicates that the store manager has "processed" (completed) the "new" order. Normally, this status is assigned automatically after system verified the order, and processed the credit card transaction or collected payment from the customer.
Shipped - this optional status can be used to determine which "processed" orders have been delivered or shipped to the customer, and it's normally assigned after an order has been processed by the shipping department.

How do I cancel my order/item?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service representative either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

Do you accept international orders?
CompuVest is proud to serve customers from all around the world and welcomes international orders. Due to financial regulations in different countries and some restrictions on credit card acceptance, we can take following payments only:
  • American Express - All Countries
  • Wire Transfers - All Countries
  • Western Union Quick Collect - Where Available
  • VISA/Master Card - US and Canada Only

  • How to calculate shipping charge?
    A rate for shipping based on the weight, size and the insured value of the package. It can be calculated on-line, if you add the item you are interested in to the shopping cart and click on shipping calculate button. You need to enter your zip code and press the update button in order to see your shipping rate.

    Has my order shipped?
    To Check your Order status, you need to login first. Click on Account tab and select your order details. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

    Can I have more than one shipping address?
    You may have specified any shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

    How do I create an Account?
    To create an Account, Click on the SignIn tab. In the registration page fill in your details like user name, password, email id, address etc. and submit.

    Can I place an order without registering my account?
    You can make your order by phone or fax.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Do I need to pay Sales Tax?
    If your location is different from Washington State, U.S. you don't need to pay sales tax.
